These Terms govern use of the StepHigh app, website, and related services. By using StepHigh, users agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Educational purpose
StepHigh provides study tools, practice questions, learning paths, analytics, and related revision features. StepHigh does not guarantee exam results, grades, admission outcomes, or academic certification.
3. Accounts
Users may need an account to use app features. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under their account. StepHigh supports email/password, Google, Apple, and Facebook sign-in.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, interfere with the service, harass others, upload malicious content, or use StepHigh for unlawful activity.
5. Content and intellectual property
The StepHigh brand, app design, website, text, graphics, and software are owned by StepHigh or its licensors. Exam questions, study materials, and third-party content may be subject to separate rights. Confirm licensing for past questions before public commercial launch.
6. User data and deletion
StepHigh handles personal data according to the Privacy Policy. Users can delete their account in the app or request deletion support through the data deletion page.
7. Payments and subscriptions
If StepHigh later offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, additional payment terms will apply. App store payment rules may also apply.
8. Changes and availability
StepHigh may update, pause, remove, or change features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the service, infringes rights, or uses the app unlawfully.
10. Disclaimers
StepHigh is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and exam outcome.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StepHigh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Confirm local legal limits before publication.
12. Governing law
Insert the governing law and dispute venue that matches the registered StepHigh operating company.
